I was introduced to a real nifty website the other day that allows me to build floorplans of the Brownstones, which you can then view, play with furnitre placement, and experiment with floorplan changes…essentialy you can move in, online!
I am in the process of putting all three levels, including common variations on the upper level bedroom and bath layouts into a file called Brownstones of River Run.
You can use my login and password to access the files, but please be respectfull of others who want to use the site and leave the floorplans exactly as you found them when you leave.

Thanks for sharing your find of Gliffy! May we suggest you encourage others to create their own free accounts – and just in case someone leaves a couch in the bathroom, click the revision to the lower right of the stage and you will have your brownstone back to how you left it!
