After a short break, construction is complete and we are settled into our shiny new model at 1436 Marshall St. NE. If you have been to the Brownstones, you know that our model used to be on the North end of the building at 1444 Marshall St. NE. Well, that unit sold, so we moved to the South end and we love it! Southern exposure, rich woods, funky colors, classy granite, and seriously shiny new glass tile backsplash in the kitchen…I mean it really sparkels! (in a good way.)
